Role Overview

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing Dynamics 365 solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into effective solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on Dynamics 365 best practices and functionalities.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams.
• Ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is a plus.
